Are there per-user fees?: No. You pay per business, not per person. Solo is for one person, Crew covers up to 3 and Team up to 6.
Is there a setup fee?: No. Getting started is free, with no setup or onboarding costs.
Is GST added on top?: No. Prices are in NZD and the price you see is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
Can I cancel any time?: Yes. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time from your billing settings.
What happens after my 30-day free trial?: Pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, your account becomes read-only: you can still see everything, and nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
